How to improve your sales skills VERY quickly.

You just started a new sales gig, maybe your first.

You’ve taken and recorded a few calls

Now it’s time to improve.

The easiest way to make zero progress is to listen to your call recordings, and try to change everything at once

Instead, go section by section

Start with your intro & pre frame.

Did you introduce yourself properly? “Hey this is Nick from XXX, how’s it going John?”

That’s easy to implement. Next would be the pre frame.

Did you outline how the call will go? If you didn’t, you probably lack control of the call. Fix that.

Now, take these 2 things and implement them on your next call

If there is only one thing you do right on your next call, make it your intro & pre frame

Rinse & repeat this process until you fix every part of your call. Identify, fix, and implement.

Within a few calls you have tweaked every part of your sales process.

By only changing one thing at a time, you can fine tune each part of your calls.
